Our Wau-Zone is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, an easy stroll that doubles as a walk. You’ll find 10,000 m² fully fenced off-leash space, and in winter it becomes the Wau-Zone Winter Edition with a snowy play meadow and paw-friendly paths.
Do dogs need a muzzle on buses in Tyrol?
Yes. On public transport in Tyrol, dogs must be on a short leash and wear a muzzle. We have muzzles available to borrow at reception.
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
Yes, absolutely. Please let us know when booking so we can reserve a table in our dog-friendly restaurant area (limited seats).
How many dogs are allowed per room?
Up to two dogs (up to approx. 50 cm shoulder height). Please tell us your dog’s size in advance. Exceptions may be possible depending on availability.
Can my dog use the dog swimming pond in winter?
Our pond is mainly a summer favourite. If your dog is a real water lover, a quick dip can be possible in suitable conditions, but please watch for ice and safety. Personal responsibility matters.
Is there a vet nearby?
Yes. In Oetz and Längenfeld (about 10 minutes by car) you’ll find experienced vet practices. We’re happy to share contact details if needed.
Which winter walking routes are suitable with a dog from the hotel?
Many routes start right at the hotel. Our digital guest folder includes specific walking tips.
