- the Culinary Enjoyment is available in Superior quality: 4 courses with numerous options
- on Sundays our chefs always create something very special and spoils with 5 courses
- every Friday we serve fresh trouts from the Ötztal valley
- Game meat is sourced directly from the local hunting grounds in the area
- Mindfulness is very important to us and we don’t like wasting food. So not only the fillet pieces are prepared, but the whole animal is processed and wonderful creations are created. With vegetable sections we cook the best bouillons and we do it with conviction.
